Lots of broken links in documentation #136

Serveral links in the left column of this page are broken:
http://viejs.org/docs/2.0.0/src/VIE.js.html

For example "Types documentation" is linked to
http://viejs.org/docs/2.0.0/src/Type.html
but should be linked to
http://viejs.org/docs/2.0.0/src/Type.js.html

And all (or almost all) the links in the left column of the other documentation pages are also broken.
