Icons missing from UI

I got the new-version notification and refreshed the page. Now all the icons are gone. I am using Chrome 38.0.2125.104 on Windows 7 64bit. I've refreshed on Chrome on Kubuntu 14.04 and it's working fine.

I have cleared my cache and reset the page. There was no change. Here is a screenshot:

Weird. Any error in the javascript console? Can you try to remove the application cache in chrome://appcache-internals/ ?

I removed it from chrome://appcache-internals/ and there was no change.

I also checked the console for errors. There were two '401 unauthorized' errors related to monetizejs.com, which seem legit since I wasn't logged in. Just to verify, I logged in and although the errors went away, there was no change to the UI (I also re-cleared the appcache after logging in).

Have the same problem here.
And in Hello! document only icons with class "icon-provider-xxxx" can be seen.
Using Chrome version is 38.0.2125.111 m on Windows 7 64bit
