Paste does not work in IE11

On Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 8.1, it doesn't seem to be possible to paste into the editor, using either the context menu or CTRL-V. Copy and cut still work (can paste into external programs), and the paste issue exists whether text was copied from StackEdit itself or from an external program like Notepad. I haven't tested this with any other versions of IE.

StackEdit doesn't use ACE anymore (since version 4). It's a bug. I will try to fix this ASAP.
