Is it possible to change the Jupyter server to the EvCxr for using Rust instead of Python?

I am using Rust and currently using the Jupyter Notebook.:(

Rust has some plugins, for creating images, like plotly and ndarray, and polars (pandas for Rust).

Is there a way to allow Molten to use the Rust EvCxr Jupyter kernel?
