[IMPROVEMENT] Serve rebalancing

We have just added the bot to our server, and once the users learned of Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis, it's all they serve.
I would like to request that the bot decides the rewards based off on how rare the word is, with length having a small multiplier.

This is already the case, however length does have a higher worth. You're right though, the length should probably be a small part and instead, rarity should take precedence! I'll add this soon.
