Hello,

i am looking for a preference to write messages to the log for better visibility of different jobs when every job writes to the same log.
For example, i write all messages from different jobs (profiles) to logs named on a daily base. It would be nice, when I am able to sent out from the profile messages to job when he is activated.
Suggest here something like
messagetolog = start Job XYZ starts
messagetolog = end Job XYZ ends

Please ask how to solve your problem on the users list. It seems reasonably likely someone knows, and the tracker is not for support so I won't suggest anyrthing here.

If you are intending to write code and submit a PR, please ask for design review on the hackers list.
