I'd like to allocate some personal funds toward the maintenance (especially post-Taproot and post-Handshake) of bcoin on NPM as a fast, simple, easy-to-use JavaScript library, with reasonably secure defaults, targeting the environment of the 2016 JavaScript-powered web (Web 2.0, as stupid of a term as that is?) — theoretically, a deterministic JSON Object should emerge from a byte-for-byte evaluation of the Bitcoin blockchain.
I'm hesitant to use BountySource, as I haven't even opened the URL in over two years, but maybe it represents a simple, Oracle-based solution. Thoughts, opinions, essays, critical commentary, and architectural lambasting welcome (if not encouraged. Yes, very encouraged.)
