feat: transient troubleshooting container #2040

Loading

Create an image that can be deployed for troubleshooting. It should timeout, because leaving an overpowered tool active is a vector for attack.

Includes:

git
local write access, probably a volume
options for languages (node, python, etc.)
proper bash shell
psql
database tools i don't know/understand
t.b.d
