Conversation on 2024-07-18 Sprint Review surfaced the conversation about user support, questions:

  • do we need a "help" page?
  • do we need a tooltip / just in time strings?
  • do we need a video?

This should be tested in user testing of v1!

I think this will be resolved through #286, @harryaolson has some explorations on this theme in addition to the findings from our usability work.
