"How Might We" questions are a way to frame design challenges and are used to explore and define problems and generate ideas.

Public information on compliance and enforcement is stored in NRCED: https://nrced.gov.bc.ca/, which includes "compliance and enforcement actions taken by natural resource agencies including inspections, orders, violation tickets, administrative penalties, court convictions, and more"

We are wondering how this information can be included, perhaps on the facilities details page, perhaps we can link out to a NRCED search.

Need to explore from actor and user journey perspective.

Update from v2 prioritization:

  • Om and Aman took away a task to review the technical feasibility of direct linking into nrced search results
  • From Konane: some further exploration of pulling in data from NCRED and seeing if the data can be directly displayed on ORI
