Old condition used string literals in boolean context (always true). New rule uses two-tier matching: - explicit attack phrases fire alone - agent-type + attack-verb requires both to appear Fixes false positive on agenttrust/mcp-server which legitimately references A2A protocol in its description.
python -m scanner.cli now works after cli refactor from module to package.
