• Release tracker #1898 is closed; all 134 milestone issues are closed and none remain open.

Scope delivered:

• Restored documented v1.x CI compatibility aliases.
• Aligned Base with base-cli 0.4.2 and base-bash-libs 2.0.0 GA.
• Hardened installers, repository configuration, startup/runtime behavior, onboarding/trust, and project discovery.
• Separated workspace check readiness rendering from workspace doctor actionable findings.
• Improved doctor/check/log/history/branch/worktree diagnostics, safety, and cleanup behavior.

Deferred outside this milestone:

• #1888, #1891, and #1912 remain intentionally in Future.
• #1939 and documentation follow-ups #1940-#1945 are post-release backlog.
• Project Intake reconciliation for those new issues needs a one-at-a-time rerun after the GitHub GraphQL quota reset; the failures were API-quota/CLI infrastructure errors and do not block the released artifact.
