Criar um mini tutorial de como baixar o python e o pacote da BD pelo prompt (travar na versão pip install basedosdados==1.6.2) para usuários do pacote stata. O objetivo é colocar o mini tutorial no site da BD para poder inserir o caminho do link dentro do help no stata.

Obs 1: na hora de instalar o python tem que lembrar os usuários de marcar uma opção "add to path"
Obs 2: Se puder adicionar uma explicação rápida de como abrir o prompt etc e autenticar o google por lá seria muito bom
