❗ Mandatory Update for Base Sepolia Reth Nodes by April 17th
This release is required for operators running Base Sepolia Reth nodes using EL sync, to support the Isthmus hardfork happening on Thu Apr 17 16:00:00 UTC 2025 (unix timestamp 1744905600).
Operators running Base Sepolia Geth nodes should be updated to at least v0.12.0.
These updates are optional but recommended upgrade for Base Mainnet Nodes.

Node operators of Base nodes on both Base Sepolia and Base Mainnet must update to at least this release v0.11.5 before the respective L1's activation timestamp. Nodes that do not update will halt when L1 activates Pectra.

Upgrade Instructions

Reth Node Operators:
- Must upgrade to at least v0.11.2 before the activation timestamp.
- Failure to upgrade will result in halted nodes when the Holocene hardfork activates.
- If already upgraded to v0.11.1, Reth node operators must still update to v0.11.2 for compatibility fixes.

Geth Node Operators:
- If running v0.11.1, no further action is needed.
- If not updated yet, upgrade directly to v0.11.2 to be on the latest version.
