[Cadence] Advanced visibility support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Current helm chart doesn't support advanced visibility, which is based on ElasticSearch + Kafka
It's an important feature to use in Cadence.

Support ElasticSearch/AdvancedVisibility configuration like other storage(Cassandra/SQL)
