camera and USB access for the browser

Hello,
How to enable RPI camera and USB microphone access for the browser block ? I tried adding these config variables, but no luck.
PS: balena-cam project works, so the camera and pi are working. However, with browser block, the camera is not detected by the browser

 - BALENA_HOST_CONFIG_start_x: 1
 - BALENA_HOST_CONFIG_gpu_mem_256: 192
 - BALENA_HOST_CONFIG_gpu_mem_512: 256
 - BALENA_HOST_CONFIG_gpu_mem_1024: 448
