I think it is a great idea. I was learning about PWAs recently and there is a feature to check code coverage of a site. I run it against shields.io and it appears that there might be javascript that is unreachable.

I run the Lighthouse audit against the page as well and it is actually not bad compared to a lot of other sites. There are some recommendations on it about font-loading, caching or service workers that might be useful as well. Although I believe the site is generated by Gatsby so some twinkling might need to be done for those.
