It doesn't matter for which service add a badge, since I publish the same .vsix to both.
See motivation in eclipse/openvsx#367. And even if openvsx adopt this, I don't expect it from Visual Studio Marketplace UI.

I think something like would be possible when badgesize supports this ngryman/badge-size#94
