[Event/Item] Bobbing Apple Well Fed buff gives too low stat bonus

Current Behaviour

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

My level 54 char gains only 6 stamina and 6 spirit off this effect which is the level 20-30 version of food buff, not appropriate numbers for level 50+.
This renders the food buff currently useless.

Tooltip of the buff

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. .add 20516
2. consume
3. check base stats
4. should be 25% of the current level added extra to your stamina / spirit
5. for level 70 -> I get 8 stamina / spirit instead of 18.75

Extra Notes

Issue was reported with level 54, but I tested with lvl 70.
Something is wrong with the buff calculation for this food.
