Arcane Empowerment, Ferocious Inspiration and Sanctified Retribution are stacking

Current Behaviour

The buff 3% increase damage from all 3 talents Arcane Empowerment, Ferocious Inspiration and Sanctified Retribution is stacking with each other.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Arcane Empowerment , Ferocious Inspiration and Sanctified Retribution shouldn't stack

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. .learn 27216 (Corruption) , use it on any training dummy
2. .learn 31869 and 27150 , activate Retribution Aura and use Corruption again
3. .learn 31583 and use Corruption again
4. .learn 34460 (you need a pet for this or learn 75447) use Corruption again
5. you can see that the damage is increasing with each buff.

Extra Notes

The same problem could be happening with each rank of Arcane Empowerment 31579 , 31582 , 31583 and Ferocious Inspiration 34455 (75593) , 34459 (75446) , 34460 (75447)
