There are changes in 5.0 that we need to support and update to use

Migrate CQLSH bundled to be the one shipped with 5.0 and test backwards compatability with 3.0, 3.11, 4.0 and 4.1
Update enhanced console for new keywords and features for autocomplete
Add support for vectors. We need to handle the new vector feature in the DB with 5.0 - how we display in the tree, groupings etc..
Make Cassandra 5.0 default for local clusters
Update/Test compose for 5.0
Revisit cqlshrc as new things added
