What happened:
Changelog and Makefile were not updated for this release
What you expected to happen:
Changelog should be updated to cover v20221104 and reference #1071
Makefile should be updated to include support for k8s v1.24 as mentioned in the release notes :
Adds support for 1.24 with version 1.24.6especially in light of aws/containers-roadmap#319
