Describe the bug

EventBridge will be disabled automatically if deleting instances in instance group, so the status will not be updated.

Reproduction Steps

1. Install log agent for instance , create instance group and include the instance to the group
2. Create ingestion for the instance group
3. After ingestion created successfully, terminal the instance
4. check the status of EventBridge, it will turn to disabled
5. check the log of the lambda that EventBridge invoke , there are errors
