Please provide your feature request

A site operator should be able to remotely update their configuration without exercising a deployment. For example:

  1. RUM user deploys a website with 50% session sampling rate
  2. RUM user wants to update sampling to 100% without doing another deployment. So they use AppConfig or equivalent to remotely update the configuration.

aws-rum-web would have to do some additional work to download, cache, and update the config as necessary.
