amp-access support for nextjs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I can't login users with amp in current setup. Cognito stores auth information on local storage and amp doesn't allow easy access to local storage. Amp requires auth information to be stored in cookies. For more information checkout amp-access.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to store JWT in cookies and because of recent development in same site cookies the cookies are more secure and compatible with amp-access

Describe alternatives you've considered
I am learning CDK and cloudformation and building my own custom authentication flow.
