BUG: NDIRS calendar can forecast from left pipe but settle against right pipe

For NDIRS, e.g `inr_ndirs` the calendar is  `'mum'`, but it should really be `'mum|fed'` and the float leg forecasting calendar shoould only be inferred from the left sided component.
