Asyntai - AI Chatbot for Odoo

Create and launch AI assistant/chatbot for your Odoo website in minutes. It talks to your visitors, helps, explains, never misses a chat and can increase conversion rates! All while knowing your website, customized just for you. Your Odoo website can now talk.

This module embeds the Asyntai chatbot on your Odoo site and provides a simple admin interface to connect your site to Asyntai.

Installation

1. Download and extract the module to your Odoo addons directory (e.g., /addons/asyntai_chatbot/)
2. Restart Odoo server
3. Go to Apps, click "Update Apps List"
4. Search for "Asyntai" and click Install
5. Navigate to Asyntai AI Chatbot app in the app switcher

Note: Alternatively, if you don't want to use a plugin, you can also get a JavaScript snippet at asyntai.com/dashboard and manually insert it into your web pages.

Configuration

After installation:

1. Click on Asyntai AI Chatbot in the app switcher (or go to Settings > Asyntai AI Chatbot)
2. Click "Get started" to connect your Asyntai account
3. Sign in or create a free account
4. The module will automatically save your connection and the chatbot is now live on your site!
5. Set up your chatbot, review chat logs and more at: asyntai.com/dashboard

Managing Your Chatbot

Once connected, you can manage your chatbot settings, review chat logs, and customize AI responses at: asyntai.com/dashboard

Requirements

• Odoo 16.0 or higher (tested on 16.0, 17.0, 18.0, and 19.0)
• Website module installed
• Backend admin access for configuration
• If your Odoo version is not compatible, you can still use Asyntai by getting a JavaScript snippet from asyntai.com/dashboard
