No completion of methods and attributes inside of class definition

Summary

Hi, the completion of methods and attributes does only work outside of the class definition but not inside of it. Here everything works as expected:

While inside of the class there are no completion suggestion at all:

I'd have to double check but I'm fairly certain that this is due to ty not supporting self yet.

Yes also no autocompletions for pydantic Models or SQLModels hope this will be resolved
