[Enhancement] auto-generation on file/dir change #76

Install inotify-tools. Then one can write simple bash script to watch directory/file(s) and automatically run asciidoctor on file change.

Or alternately bundle any watch and execute tool (Ex: https://github.com/cespare/reflex)
