Connecting roaster through Phidget 1046 to Artisan Software

Hoping someone can help?

Roaster is currently running Cropster

Trying to move onto Artisan Roasting

Phidget we have which currently works on Cropster is 1046

I have loaded Artisan
I have loaded the phidget drivers
I have checked the phidget driver not open when artisan is open
Selected the phidget in config-device-ET/BT- dropdown to “phidget 1046 4xRTD 01
Using duel readout PT100 probes that are currently connected for the Cropster readout BT and ET

Not picking up any temperature reading when connecting.

I see there are further possible settings under Device Assignment under the section 1046 RTD / DAQ1500

Such as
Gain
Wiring
Async
Rate

Do some of these possibly need to be changed?
