Help with my Fuji PXF4 setup

I think I'm getting close with my setup. I am getting proper values in my LCD's except that when I move the slider up to a new value the gas valve is not responding with heat.
I have uploaded my system setup ( Fuji Phig) as a txt file.

I was hoping someone could look at that file and check my settings.

I'm communicating with the Fuji it seems. I have control on, setting the PV to 352 but DTR% still says -5. I take this to mean the gas valve isn't getting the command to come on? When I scan the modbus with the program scan it returns nothing. When I use the program Modbus probe 2 it returns numbers.
My Usb 485 is DSD Tech model sh-u10L with the latest driver v.6.0.2
There are no errors showing.
