Support for the ISNI number?

First of all thank you for the great python-stdnum library! We are working for a publisher and this library solves a lot of problems for us and validates various formats that are involved in our systems (like Vat-IDs, ISBNs etc.),

I was wondering if there are any plans to support the ISNI number, which is supposed to be used for contributors of digital media? At least I couldn't find any mentions on the support format list or any issue here in Github.

I didn't take a deeper look into the number format. But it seems to have a standard length and format and a trailing checksum digit, that will be created using the ISO/IEC 7064 MOD11-2 algorithm. There are also some big companies involved that use the ISNI number, e.g. Apple.

Thanks for reporting this. I've added a basic implementation in 928a09d. There also appears to be an API that can be used to look up numbers but I've not implemented that.
