Repository restructuring

As of 4.2.31 (beauharnois-31) the main repository for HiPAS GridLAB-D has been restructured to improve manageability and clarity. In particular, the following folders have been moved

• /gldcore/converters --> /converters
• /gldcore/geodata --> /geodata
• /gldcore/rt --> /runtime
• /gldcore/scripts --> /tools
• /gldcore/link/python --> /python
• /gldcore --> /source

This change can be challenging to merge into old branches that have many pending changes. The recommended solution to large numbers of conflict is to reapply the changes to a new branch based on this branch after it has been merged to master.
