dynamic value for output name artifact and git branch

Summary

Can you add support please input variable which i use for dynamically change name of store artifact ouptu and name for git branch.
What change needs making?

Use Cases

When would you use this?

For example when i use single branch in workflow template i cannot change value when run workflow also for s3 bucket name etc
