right now i don't know which cronworkflows are badly formed from main listing in UI, have to click each one to find Conditions SpecError: cannot validate Workflow: template name 'exit-handler' undefined

I've run into the same problem a couple of times, we deploy CronWorkflows via Helm charts and sometimes a name is too long but the UI doesn't alert us to the problem. I find messages like this in the logs though when trying to understand why something isn't working. It would be nice is SpecError conditions bubbled up to the UI in a meaningful way.
