Updating package version on pkg.go.dev

Thank you very much for your effort, we use this provider for several projects and find it functional, easy to use and with the least amount of problems encountered so far 😃 .

We would like to create a Pulumi terraform bridge wrapping this provider, so we and others in the community may continue using it with Pulumi+ the programming language of their choice instead of HCL.

To that end, when first starting to use the pulumi terraform bridge boiler plate, we try to build the project by fetching it from https://pkg.go.dev.

The issue is that there's an older version of the module uploaded, v1.2.2 from 2021 (https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/oboukili/terraform-provider-argocd).

Would it be possible to update it to the latest version so we can start working with it with Pulumi?
