Compile error on pgm_read_ptr with the code, migrated from avr

I think pgmspace.h has an issue in pgm_read_ptr. Possibly fix:

-#define pgm_read_ptr(addr) (*(const void *)(addr))
+#define pgm_read_ptr(addr) (*(const void **)(addr))
