Disable Functions -> Admin affiliate menu item is allways hidden #40

When 'Disable Functions' is installed, the menu item 'Marketing -> Affiliate' is always hidden, no mater what the affiliate setting is.

Problem seems to be cause by this commented line, but since I don't know if there was any special reasons for commenting it, I don't make any PR for it: https://github.com/arastta/addons/blob/master/Tools/disable_functions/upload/admin/event/menu/affiliate.php#L13
