On top of #182, we could write our transaction sending handlers/services to intelligently pick up on old, out-priced transactions and incrementally replace them with higher-priced transactions on the next timing "tick".

Seems you mention this in #208 again, should we close?

Ohh good point. If we're not expecting to be "intelligent" with our service to automatically reprice these transactions, let's leave this here and remove it from #208's scope.
