Hypothetically, we can batch as much actions as we want if we created them through code. In the console, this is not possible; you'd have to submit separate actions, which might not be desirable as they could be part of a "series" of actions put in a proposal to be executed as an atomic TX on a vote.
As I see it, we could have a "batch" button, with a little window that pops up with info about the batched actions—you could remove them, or change their order.
