Adds a composite GitHub Action to run
aptos move lintvianpx @aptos-labs/aptos-cli. Exposes inputs forversion,path-glob,named-addresses,checks,args, andfail-on-warnings. FindsMove.tomlpackages, lints each, prints CLI version, and can fail on warnings. Includes README, example workflows (basic, strict matrix, non-fatal), and a tiny Move package to exercise warnings. Supports Ubuntu and macOS.
