[Bug]-[1500]:MultiSelect and TreeSelect widget cannot be dragged by its body

A painful bug. I can only move this widgets by clicking & dragging in its corners.

Here, because clicking on the select display the functionality... Dragging is not possible but the label part is draggable for both the widget.

Can you find out how this works there? we can try and do the same here for these widgets.

@dilippitchika, I tried to see but it seems like the events that we need for implementing this are already being used by the library[rc-select] itself. So I am not sure if we'll be able to handle it.
