[Feature]: Support S3 compatible services for instance backup

Summary

I would like to be able to backup my Appsmith instance to an S3 compatible service like Cloudflare R2. Not all organizations have access to an AWS subscription. By supporting S3 compatible services, it would open Cloud based backups to more customers.

Why should this be worked on?

My organization primarily builds on Azure and doesn't have an AWS subscription. We also use Cloudflare services. Cloudflare offers an S3 compatible service that I have used in the past to backup other products (ex: Portainer). Supporting external services that implement the S3 protocol would open up cloud-based backups to more of your customer base.

It also appears that you already support 3rd party S3 implementations in your S3 Datasource within the product. It seems like a logical extension to support 3rd party S3 implementations for instance backups as well.
