Description

The submit and reset button is missing in the Generate crud insert modal

Steps To Reproduce

1. go to release.app.appsmith.com
2. open any application
3. click on + icon next to page
4. click on generate page
5. select any datasource
6. generate a new page and now once page is created
7. click on + icon on the table
8. inside the insert modal
9. the submit and rest button is missing as in attached screenshot

testing on release, I tested with the mock users datasource, and can see the buttons.

Bumping this issue up to prod because it should have made it's way there by now if it was not fixed

for the modals in crud gen apps, should we make the height more suitable for all screen sizes?
