Description

Some existing apps do not show up in the search dropdown.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://release.app.appsmith.com/
  2. Search for an application.

Expected: All relevant apps should be shown in the search dropdown.
Actual: Not all relevant apps are shown in the dropdown.

The search list is limited to 10 items based on the last edited history (not based on user but, in general last edited); it is not limited to selected workspace.

Will get prioritised when we have all entities (packages, workflows, environments, etc.) in production

Bumping this issue up to prod because it should have made it's way there by now if it was not fixed
