Description

When I login with a user having only execute permissions on Environments, I am still able to view and access the environments page

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Give a user a role with only execute permissions on Environments
  2. Login with that user
  3. Note that user is able to view environments option in the kebab menu and the page is accessible, and user can try to edit and delete the page.

Tested. Now the user cannot see environments option in the menu with just execute permissions on environments.
