[Bug]: Select Component issues

Description

Issues with the Select component that should be fixed after the ADS v2 release:

1. Hover state is maintained even when mouse is not hovering over an option
2. If we switch off multiSelect, then selected items still have an Active state even though the selection is removed. This is still happening. Please have a look at the below Loom for better clarity:

3. When showSearch is enabled, we don't see the appropriate cursor on hovering over the search input.
4. autoClearSearchValue - When it is set to False, showSearch is set to False & multiSelect is enabled, we are able to search.
