[Bug]-[100]:Issues with the placement of dropdown box for few widgets when canvas is scrolled

Description

Two issues with the widgets which have dropdown (Multi select/multi-tree/multi-select/currency input, phone input, date picker)
Issue 1: The dropdown for changing the above mentioned widgets is displayng incorrectly while scrolling the canvas
Issue 2: (Specific to Phone/Currency widget )As soon as I click the country icon to get the dropdown box, my canvas scrolls somewhere towards the top (EDIT)

Steps To Reproduce

Issue 1:

1. D&D a widget(Multi select/multi-tree/multi-select/currency input, phone input, date picker) somewhere at the bottom of the canvas such that canvas scroll is introduced
2. scroll the canvas
   You'll notice the dropdown is moving with the canvas scroll

Issue 2:

1. Dnd a currency/phone widget
2. Allow country code change from property pane
3. click on the country icon in the widget
   You'll notice the canvas is scrolling towards the top as I click the icon

I think this is somewhere related to the blurprint library, specially the first issue. Since WDS plans to migrate away from this, its a problem that should be solved with the new component. cc @KelvinOm @jsartisan please see how this issue can be involved in the WDS project board for the future. We might need some new label under the POD

We will later need to verify if the current input also has the same problem
