[Bug]: The colour code is duplicated when the any of the new colour code range is reversed from any existing value

Current Behavior

It is observed that in the map chart widget assume when there is a colour code range 2-3 and the new value is revered as 3-2 the colour code gets duplicated - Refer the video below

Steps To Reproduce

1.Launch appmsith app in release environment
2.Drag and drop map chart widget
3.Open Property pane
4.With the existing colour code value add the following new value {
"minValue": 3,
"maxValue": 2,
"code": "#E65100"
} and observe
