Example:

const appsignal = new Appsignal({
  active: true,
  name: "<YOUR APPLICATION NAME>",
  apiKey: "<YOUR API KEY>",
  environment: "production"
})

While environment variables are great, there should always be a way to pass an arbitrary value via the contructor.
